- Support in checking eligibility to work documents (Right to Work)
- Sourcing of references if required
- Issuing of offer letters and contracts of employment in accordance with your specification.
- Employee Life Cycle correspondence and maintenance of records (from commencement to termination of employment)
- Issuing confirmation letters as required, ie completion of probationary periods, promotion, salary increases, maternity/paternity leave confirmation
- Issuing of contract variation confirmation, ie increased/reduced working hours
- On notification of an employee leaving your business, we will ensure your termination request is actioned via payroll to ensure final pay is accurate and if applicable, notify third party benefits providers promptly to ensure no costly overpayments are incurred.

- Do you offer employee benefits? We will ensure records are accurate and up to date by liaising with third party providers submitting monthly reports maintaining records of benefits for P11d reporting purposes.
